Worship Services Status 

New Life Church of God is conducting our 8:30am services remotely and our in-person 11:00am service in our sanctuary. You can join our services by calling 718-550-0124.

If you need to get TESTED

​​

COVID-19 testing is now available to ALL New Yorkers for free!

  • Anyone can get a test from over 180 locations across the city.

  • Go to http://nyc.gov/covidtest to find a testing site near you.

If you are RETURNING to WORK

Are you returning to your workplace on Monday, June 8 as part of Phase 1 Reopening NYC?

  • Your employer must follow certain requirements including posting a safety plan at your worksite where you can see it.

  •  Learn more at http://nyc.gov/workers

That means you should monitor your health closely and stay home. NYS On Pause has been extended until June 8, 2020. Only go out for essential supplies and services, such as groceries or urgent medical care.

The City of New York is providing assistance to New Yorkers during the COVID-19 crisis by delivering meals to those who cannot access food themselves. Click here or call 311.

Help with Scheduling Appointments at Vaccination Sites

Call 877-VAX-4NYC to make an appointment by phone or visit the Vax Finder at vax4nyc.nyc.gov to find a location and schedule an appointment.

 

Homebound Appointments 

Complete the Homebound Vaccination Request Form on-line at:

Transportation Services*

Transportation is available if individual:

1.       Has Access-a-Ride: (877) 337-20172.

2.       Has Medicaid-provided transportation: Use regular contact number to schedule transport or call (844) 666-6270.

3.       Is a homebound 65+ or disabled New Yorker who needs ambulette services: Call Hunter Ambulette at (718) 991-2211.

 

* Anyone 65 and older who does not qualify for 1-3 above can schedule a free ride with Curb at (646) 349-0289.
